Our laundry room is upstairs, right next to our bedroom, and it is about the only thing I like about our house. I never, ever have to drag laundry baskets full of clothes upstairs. It is most awesome. In fact, I think when (if) we ever buy a new house, a downstairs laundry may be a deal breaker for me. The one drawback to it, however, is if I don't drag the little one up with me when I want to wash, dry, or fold, there is no telling what he will get into while my back is turned..or up as the case may be.
For instance......after retrieving and folding a load of towels one morning (okay, and catching some Hot Topics on The View) I went downstairs to find Adam had used his ultra cool Lightning McQueen ride to climb onto the counter and retrieve himself an apple. He really thought he was big stuff when I found him......
The really funny thing about the whole incident is the exact same thing happened four years ago when Jacob was the exact same age.
Maybe a downstairs laundry room wouldn't be all bad.

We have the downstairs laundry. I have to leave mine downstairs to put the laundry away. It's amazing what they get into. Nothings perfect.
That last picture is the best. What is it that makes kids think they have to take like two bites out of each apple?
Oh, how cute! He must like healthy foods?
oh that is too funny that they both did the same thing! At least it was only an apple!
Oh, that is so cute! :D
That's hilarious! Brothers...how cute. Quite the little monkeys...Owen can barely climb onto the couch, lol.
