I stole this....

Stole this from Pro-D. Feel free to do the same...

What is your salad dressing of choice? I usually eat blue cheese, but it has to be Wishbone because all the others suck. I just found a great one here in town, Hendricksons, that is absolutely awesome, might make me forget all about blue cheese.
What is your favorite fast food restaurant? I don't care for most fast food, especially after our MickeyDs fiasco of late, but if we are on the road and have to eat, I will choose Sonic or Wendys.
What is your favorite sit down restaurant? A place called Mediterranean Chef down in Houston and Steak and Shake, another reason to hate Steak and Shake.
On average, what size tip do you leave at a restaurant? If the waiter is polite and nice to my children always 20%.
What food could you eat every day for two weeks and not get sick of? Garlic Noodles from PF Changs
Name three foods you detest above all others. Cooked spinach, fish of any kind, broccoli

Number of contacts in your email address book? About 40
What is your wallpaper on your computer? A picture of my boys in the bluebonnets
What is your screensaver on your computer? pictures of my kids cycle through every few seconds.
Are there naked pictures saved on your computer? Just the ones of Adam seconds after being born...couldn't take pics of Jacob until he was eight hours old so he was diapered by then.
How many land line phones do you have in your house? none, all cordless
How many televisions are in your house? 3

Do you like your smile? Yes
Have you ever had anything removed from your body? I have had skin cancer and had those removed as well as some suspicious moles. I also had two children removed from my body surgically.
Would you like to? I am sure I will have to have more spots removed when I see the dermaguy in September.

Which of your five senses do you think is keenest? definitely not my sight, I have 20-400 vision...I guess my hearing, I can hear my little ones breathe.
When was the last time you had a cavity? I have only had one, about eight years ago.
What is the heaviest item you lift regularly? My baby is only 18 pounds, so I wouldn't call him heavy, so maybe the vacuum cleaner.
Have you ever been knocked unconscious? No

If it were possible, would you want to know the day you were going to die? I don't think so
If you could change your first name, what would you change it to? I like my first name, although I hated it as a child and wanted to be Sara back then.
How do you express your artistic side? I knit these days

If you weren't bound by society's conventions, do you have a relative you would make a pass at? absolutely not
How often do you go to church? about once a month
Have you ever saved someone’s life? no, but I have worked hard to keep my kids from killing themselves doing scary things, does that count?
Has someone ever saved yours? Well, an old man fished me out of my totalled car on a remote WV road in 1989 and kept pressure on my bleeding head until my dad came to fetch me an hour later, I don't think I would have bled to death, but it was sure nice of him to do that.

For this last section, if you would do it for less or more money, indicate how much
Would you walk naked for a half mile down a public street for $100,000?
I had two children sprawled out naked for all to see and had all kinds of different people wipe my ass and poke into my privates for same reason, usually with the door wide open, so where six years ago I would have said no way, now I say bring it on.

Would you give up watching television for a year for $25,000? I would love to, but I think I would go stir crazy without it's Big Brother time.

Fun meme.
Andria, you left a message on my site, worrying about taking your son to his 18 month appointment because of his size and language development - please don't. My baby's troubles are based upon more than just her weight - her head measurements are really low and not changing.

Girl, I'm with you on your music selection, but I can't understand your seafood issues.

Pro...I like crab, shrimp, and lobster, but fish...YEECH. My dad fished like a fiend when we were growing up so we had fried fish about 3 days a week. The breaking point for me was I spent a week babysitting for a family on vacation in Nags Head and the dad came home with flounder and broiled it or something and it was swallowing your own vomit but I choked it down trying to get the kids to do the same and I haven't been able to eat a piece of fish since.

Jennifer...I didn't purposely swallow an insect. We were walking down a street, it was windy and we were talking and a bug flew in my mouth. I flipped out, but he kept right on talking like he never knew what happened and I never told him.

Also, sooooo glad Alison was voted off BB, didn't like her the first time, reallllly didn't want to see her a whole other season.

Yuk, I hate cooked spinach too. Raw, yum...cooked, ick. General Tso's chicken, mmm!

Isn't it funny how you lose all modesty when in the hospital having kids? People warned me, but it didn't sink in until it actually happened.

Your dare-ology answers cracked me up...especially the part about finding time and energy for your husband. I am sooo with you on that one, girl.
