I just discovered that another of our fine neighbors was arrested and charged with murder. This makes three that I know of. This will probably kill our plans to put our home on the market this fall.
On a brighter note, it might bring our property taxes down......

people just simply suck dont they...you cant even move somewhere, and get the privacy you want or the safeness feeling anymore....sorry this happened....I wasnt aware you were selling your home, I will say a prayer that it happens when you want it to happen and things get better in the neighborhood...
